We offer a 7-day free trial. If you are charged and are not satisfied, contact us within 7 days of the charge for a full refund.
How to request
Email support@filemitra.com with your account email and order details. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
Exceptions
Refunds are not available after 7 days of the charge date, or if the account has been found to violate our Terms of Service.
