Things to know
Rotating by 90° steps is lossless in terms of pixels, but saving a JPG re-encodes it, so repeatedly rotating and re-saving the same JPG will slowly degrade it. Arbitrary angles (say 7° to straighten a crooked scan) aren't supported here — this tool does quarter turns and mirrors.
